2. Morning/evening

a. tree pose 3 minutes( palms on the chest + raised arms)

b. gate pose - parighasana 1 minute


c. pigeon pose - 1 minute, sleeping pigeon - 1 minute

3. Pranayama -nadi shodana 4 minutes
