1: Cobra (bhujangasana)

2: Twisting Cobra (Tiryaka Bhujangasana) Right + Left, 1 minute each

3: Camel Pose (Ustrasana) Right, Left, and both hands, 1 minute each


4: Bow Pose (Dharunasana) Right hand to left leg, left hand to right leg, both hands to both legs. 1 minute each.
