2. Temple Pose, 1 minute or 30 seconds
3. Extended hand to big toe (Utthita Hasta pandagaustasana) 1 minute each leg
4. Chair Pose 1 minute
5. Chair pose Twist (knee should not extend beyond the tip of your toes) 1 minute
